Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and verification of calibrations in the Powertrain area, specifically in Torque Control.
- Work with suppliers, Engineering Support teams, Program Management, and Manufacturing teams to support and launch vehicle programs.
- Develop and verify calibrations within Power-moding and LV/HV charging functional areas.
- Perform vehicle testing to achieve calibration maturity at each milestone of the program.
- Collaborate with the STELLANTIS COC to review issues, integration challenges, and follow calibration best practices.
- Utilize calibration tools such as ETAS/INCA, MATLAB, Simulink, Vector, and various platforms interfacing with Dyno testing and HIL.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Knowledge of CAN-based communication and tools.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of Automotive experience, with 3+ years in Powertrain domain.
- Powertrain Systems Engineering Experience, particularly in Torque Control Management.
- Test validation experience using dSPACE HIL test bench.
- Field/plant issue analysis & resolution.
- Automotive Based Software Development using Model Based Development.
- Experience in system-level VF validation using HIL setups.
