Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy CCaaS solutions that meet client requirements.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify business requirements, technical requirements, and pain points.
- Develop a Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the scope, timeline, and deliverables of the project.
- Work with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Develop architecture diagrams and technical designs that illustrate the proposed solution.
- Configure and customize CCaaS platforms to meet client requirements.
- Integrate CCaaS platforms with third-party applications and systems.
- Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure the solution meets quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with project teams and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying CCaaS solutions.
- Expertise in cloud-based contact center solutions, such as Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex, or Genesys Cloud.
- Understanding of contact center technology, including ACD, IVR, call routing, and workforce management.
- Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs, Webhooks, and SFTP.
- Ability to develop technical designs and architecture diagrams using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on client needs.
