Description:
As a member of our Global Training & Certification team, you will be responsible for interacting with the certified community on a daily basis and supporting the ongoing operations of the Salesforce.com Certification Program. You will manage incoming inquiries and assist customers with their questions related to the exams, registration and cancellation process, credential maintenance process, and all other aspects of the program. You will coordinate logistics and resources for specific exams within the program, for the exam maintenance process, and for exam development projects.
Additionally, you will assist with the various program communications, using email, Salesforce
Chatter, and other social media communication channels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to and troubleshoot customer support inquiries related to the certification program Setup and maintain exam configuration to support exam development projects and ongoing exam maintenance cycles, using exam delivery applications Coordinate logistics, such as the schedule, facilities, IT resources, and meals for specific certification programs and exam development projects
- Open registration, coordinate communication, and manage capacity for specific certification programs Run reports to track the status of certification programs and report results to stakeholders.
- Assist with overall certification program communication, using various direct and social media channels Support the certification team as needed for program development and additional projects.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor degree experience coordinating projects and/or resources in a corporate environment
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet project timelines with quality results Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly and apply skills to projects Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and ongoing projects; ability to estimate time required to complete projects and meet deadlines; ability to report on progress against tasks and projects Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Internet navigation and web meeting applications
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
- Experience supporting training or certification programs Familiarity with social media applications, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, message boards, and blogs.
- 6-8 Years of experience required.
