Description

A File Transmission Engineer specializing in CFT (Cross File Transfer) and Axway products is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of secure file transfer systems. This role involves ensuring the reliable, efficient, and secure transmission of files between systems and Customer organizations. The engineer works closely with internal teams and external partners to manage and optimize file transfer solutions.

File transfer between Customer and extenrnal / Internal customer

Axway product experience at L2 and L3 level, support any file transfer issue and coordinate with respective stakeholders. 3 people working on this product.

Business hour support and also provide oncall for critical issue by 24*7
