We are seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to lead our change management initiatives. This role will focus on managing and facilitating the transition of our team through significant changes, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management processes, training program development, and impact assessments.
Experience working in a non-SAP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the change management efforts for a core team of 10-15 members, with a total team size of 60-100.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential challenges and develop strategies to address them.
- Design and lead training programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development among team members.
- Create communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
- Establish feedback mechanisms to gather insights from team members and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, using metrics to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in change management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven experience in leading training programs and conducting impact assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
