MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a data analysis, change management, or process consultant role focusing on business change management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

JOB PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITY
The Change Management Manager is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing business data for change
management and process improvement to support decision-making for stakeholders and a supporting role to the project
manager for project management administrative items.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Collect and interpret data related to business performance and outcomes.
- Map Business processes and make recommendations for streamlining.
- Support and create Change Management Plans for project, operations, and support transition from project to operations.
- Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency

- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
