Description
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Previous experience (at least 7-15 years) delivering organizational change management, or business transformation consulting to enterprise customers
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Strong understanding of process and continuous improvement
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Experience: - consulting, previous change
management or talent management in a leadership role
Licenses/Certifications
Certification in change management methodology (PROSCI, CMI, PCI, etc.) is preferred but not required
