Job Description

Primary Skills:
• Proven experience of 3 – 5 years in chatbot development, with a focus on the Kore.ai platform
• Experience with API integration and database connectivity
• Experience with chatbot deployment and maintenance in production environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with chatbot analytics tools and reporting.
• Experience in designing and implementing multilingual chatbots.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Kore.ai certification or training.
Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for chatbot projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain chatbot solutions on the Kore.ai platform.
• Create conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialogs to optimize chatbot interactions.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning capabilities to enhance chatbot intelligence.
• Integrate chatbots with external systems, APIs, and databases.
• Test and debug chatbots to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Monitor chatbot performance and make improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
