Chief Operating Officer

Oversee all aspects of our operations, including process management, team handling,
resource optimization, and process delivery.
• Ensure that our processes are optimized for maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and quality,
and implement best practices for process improvement.
• Manage and mentor our teams, providing guidance and support to help them grow and
develop their skills.
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute our business
strategy, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met
and that our services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
• Manage SLAs and ensure that we are meeting our clients' expectations in terms of service
delivery and performance.
• Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve our operations and increase
efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a
related field.
• 5+ years of experience in process management, team handling, resource optimization,
process delivery, client handling, SLA management, and people skills.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent communication and
leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of business operations, process optimization, and project
management.
• Experience in client management and relationship building, with a customer-centric mindset.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to manage multiple
priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and
creatively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and
manage multiple projects simultaneously.
