Job Description
Hands On experience of cabling infrastructure
Extensive in depth knowledge of network protocols and systems
Ability to install a wide variety of network hardware and software components
Hands on with wireless, wired, and remote access infrastructure
Ability to create hardware and software configurations to improve the functionality of a network system.
Change Personas of ISE server
Add/delete/update authentication policies
Configure Dot1x wired and wireless pol
Manage NAD configurations
Install, test and troubleshoot vendor bug fixes when an issue is identified in a customer's environment or on a customer's device
Enrollment services for devices added after initial enrollment
Working knowledge of cabling infrastructure
Extensive knowledge of network protocols and systems
Ability to install a wide variety of network hardware and software components
Familiar with wireless, wired, and remote access infrastructure
Hands on experience with respect to performing Cisco ISE related software and hardware upgrades.
Strong technical expertise in networking technologies with a particular subject expertise in applications networking, IP network hardware, routing protocols, high availability network monitoring, network security, and/or VoIP
Working knowledge of Cisco Routers and Switches
Working knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
Knowledge of Internet Access Technologies (T1, Ethernet, Ethernet over Copper, DS3) IPv4 and IPv6 Sub-netting and assignments
Working knowledge of MPLS, VPN, Layer 2/3, and Point-to-Point networks IPSEC/SSL VPN Tunnels Site to Site and Remote Access Tunnels
Strong trouble-shooting skills
Excellent understanding of ITSM processes like incident, change and problem management.
Good understanding of ticketing and bug tracking tools like Service Now, Confluence Jira and Wiki.
