Responsible for resolving and supporting within the hashtag#NOC via remote control solutions and on-site client support of medium/high complexity incidents. Perform escalations, generate daily tickets, support disaster recovery solutions, and execute the hashtag#Severity / hashtag#Crisis Management process.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Resolve and support medium/high complexity incidents (hashtag#WAN, hashtag#LAN, hashtag#routers, hashtag#firewalls, hashtag#security).
- Perform remote access solution implementation and support (VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix).
- Support disaster recovery solutions and execute Severity/Crisis Management process.
- Perform Patch Management/Anti-Virus Alert monitoring on Servers and Workstations.
- Interface with clients/vendors to resolve technical problems.
- Participate in discovery sessions with prospects and customers.
- Maintain satisfactory resolution of customer service level agreements.

- Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Working knowledge and diagnosis skills of Hardware/Software.
- Certifications in hashtag#A+, hashtag#Network+, hashtag#Microsoft hashtag#MCDST/ hashtag#MCSE, hashtag#APPLE hashtag#ACMT, hashtag#HDI-DST, hashtag#Citrix hashtag#CCEA or hashtag#CCIA, hashtag#Cisco hashtag#CCNA, or hashtag#VMware hashtag#VCP a plus.
