About the team

You will be part of the global team of Citrix Administrators, Engineers, and Architects. The team is responsible for the maintenance and support of multiple server environments and virtual desktops hosted in our global data-centres as well as public cloud, to enable FIS to provide a highly available enterprise quality service to our customers, working alongside Infrastructure and Operations teams based in EMEA, US and APAC regions.

Position Responsibilities:

·Proactively maintain all Citrix infrastructure components for a 24x7x365 uptime service

·Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments

·Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions

·Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning

·Manage, coordinate, and implement Citrix environment deployments, upgrades, patches on servers

·Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks

·Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment

·Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes

NetScaler Expertise:

·Citrix NetScaler Technology direction, support and Application guidance for Proper Load Balancing.

·Install, configuration and manage Citrix NetScaler.

·Troubleshooting and resolve Escalated issues related to NetScaler

·Deploy and Configuration of New customer environment within Citrix cloud Including the Configuration of their Delivery groups, Machine catalogues and workspace.

·SAML Citrix Configuration /management. Understanding of MFA NetScaler Integrations.

·Configuration related to virtual Servers, certificate, Policy Settings.

·Upgrading firmware of NetScaler devices as per Citrix recommendations
