Description

Providing advice on KYC requirements and assisting clients and account managers through the account opening process

Reviewing client documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Following up with clients on required documentation and escalating to the appropriate Account Managers where necessary

Identifying discrepancies and escalating higher risk matters to the Compliance team

Ideal Profile

You have at least 9 years experience within a Client Onboarding or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Brokerage / Treasury / Securities Exchange, Corporate Banking and the Financial Services Industry industry

You have working knowledge of Client Management, Service Delivery, governance', insurance, SOW and MSA

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
