Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Support communication, management presentations, reporting, technical writing, branding, and website creation.
  • The candidate should have experience in Confluence, SharePoint, and JIRA and a strong understanding of Cloud technologies and business.
  • The candidate will work closely with the Cloud Business Office (CBO) team and guide effective communication strategies and technical writing skills.
  • Experience in technical writing, communication, and project management.
  • Possess a good understanding of Cloud technologies and business.
  • Proficient in Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, and other related tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the creation of management presentations and reports.
  • Able to create and manage to brand for the CBO team.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining the CBO website.
  • Able to provide technical writing support for CBO documentation.
  • Require collaboration with the CBO team to manage projects using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Able to develop effective communication strategies for the CBO team.
  • Stay current with the latest Cloud technologies and industry trends.
