Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Support communication, management presentations, reporting, technical writing, branding, and website creation.
- The candidate should have experience in Confluence, SharePoint, and JIRA and a strong understanding of Cloud technologies and business.
- The candidate will work closely with the Cloud Business Office (CBO) team and guide effective communication strategies and technical writing skills.
- Experience in technical writing, communication, and project management.
- Possess a good understanding of Cloud technologies and business.
- Proficient in Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, and other related tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the creation of management presentations and reports.
- Able to create and manage to brand for the CBO team.
- Experience in developing and maintaining the CBO website.
- Able to provide technical writing support for CBO documentation.
- Require collaboration with the CBO team to manage projects using JIRA and Confluence.
- Able to develop effective communication strategies for the CBO team.
- Stay current with the latest Cloud technologies and industry trends.
