Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development, maintenance, and support of applications and systems, including microservices, data integration, and user interfaces.
Design, implement, and optimize containerized applications on Kubernetes platforms like OpenShift. Create frameworks and tools for faster implementation.
Conduct performance tuning, ensure backup/recovery, and troubleshoot production issues.
Automate deployment workflows using Jenkins, Helm, Kustomize, and work within Agile cross-functional teams.
Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) with new technologies like data platforms, sidecars, and in-memory applications.
Skillsets & Requirements:

Proficient in Kubernetes/OpenShift, AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with container deployment using Helm, Kustomize, and Docker.
Hands-on experience with Node.js, React, Java, Scala, Python, RabbitMQ, Akka, Redis, etc.
Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Jfrog, Groovy, and scripting with Shell or Control-M.
Knowledge of SSL, encryption, CyberArk, and data security best practices.
Experience with load balancing, in-memory applications, custom resources, and monitoring with Splunk and Prometheus.
