Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Integration Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrating with SaaS vendors, strong programming skills in .Net or similar technologies, and a comprehensive understanding of user access management. Additionally, expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO), Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), and cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure is essential. This role is critical for ensuring seamless integration and secure data exchange between our systems and third-party services.
Key Responsibilities:
SaaS Integration:
Design and implement integration solutions with SaaS vendors.
Develop and maintain integration architecture and standards.
Work closely with SaaS vendors to ensure successful and secure data integration.
Programming:
Write, review, and maintain code in .Net or similar programming languages.
Develop custom integration solutions and tools to enhance system interoperability.
Troubleshoot and debug integration issues to ensure smooth operation.
User Access Management:
Understand and manage user access controls across integrated systems.
Liaison between HP’s cybersecurity & vendor and guide the vendor to implement standard policies and procedures for user access management in integrated environments.
Set correct expectations with vendor as per HP’s standard practices in terms of regular audits and compliance checks to ensure security standards are met.
Single Sign-On (SSO):
Help vendor to Implement and manage SSO solutions to streamline user authentication across integrated platforms.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate SSO with various SaaS applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve SSO-related issues.
Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP):
Configure and manage SFTP servers for secure data transfer with SaaS vendors.
Monitor SFTP transactions to ensure data security and integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve SFTP-related issues.
Cloud Platform Management:
Utilize AWS and Azure services to support integration and security needs.
Configure and manage cloud resources, including IAM roles, policies, and permissions.
Monitor and audit cloud activities to ensure compliance with security best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration architecture or a similar role.
Strong programming skills in .Net and ideally the below tech stacks:
Microsoft .Net MVC web application
Microsoft .Net Framework
C#, Razor, html, JavaScript languages
SQL Server database
Reporting Services
SharePoint with dedicated Access Control Lists
Hands-on experience with user access management and SSO technologies (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, AWS SSO).
Proficiency in configuring and managing SFTP servers.
In-depth knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms, specifically related to IAM and security.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar.
Experience with API management and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apigee).
Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOX and SOC 2.
