•• Roles & Responsibilities:

Overall, globally responsible for data quality of CMDB and foundation data in ServiceNow at Novo Nordisk.

• Identify and define all Master Data object including data sources and usage

• Identify and specify other critical data objects to be monitored

• Define data quality KPIs for data objects to be monitored

• Ensure monitoring of Master Data and other critical data objects

• Initiate and manage initiatives to improve data quality where required

• Collaborate with business units to identify data requirements and to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.

• Ensure data integrity through regular audits and reconciliation processes. Reviewing data in the CMDB to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that their data needs are being met.

Collaborating with other teams to identify areas where data could be used more effectively and recommending improvements to data collection and management processes.

• Performing data analysis and reporting to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Creating and maintaining data quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of data cleaning efforts and to identify areas for improvement.
