Cognos Administrator

Primary Skills:

Note: This resource needs this experience as we are currently in the process of upgrading Cognos Analytics from 11.0.6 to 11.1.7 version.

• Worked extensively with IBM Cognos Analytics administration and AD Provisioning
• Cognos BI Infrastructure Administrator – Includes Server Management, Release Management ,Cognos Installation ,tuning, Configuration.
• Create reports for existing and new clients, create new users accounts , publish reports to the business on needed basis and handles deployments to production .
• having experience with FSSO , SAML-  MFA (User Authentication)

Secondary skills:

•             Providing the Solutions & Suggestions for enhancements based on the production issues

•             Perform activities and documentations as applicable with methodologies employed such as Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) and Rapid Application Development, Agile Development.

•             Collaborate with TPM (Technical Product Management) stakeholders, gathering business requirements and implementing the business workflows based on the business requirements.

Tools must have experience.

BI Tools: IBM Cognos Analytics RS, QS

Administration/Provisioning: IBM Cognos Analytics, AD , SAML, SSO.
