• 7yr of Experience in business requirement gathering, analysis and logical design; understanding and translating complex issues both in oral and written communication

• 7yr of Experience in creating and modifying Framework Manager models .

• 7yr of Experience in creating and modifying reports using COGNOS tools.

• 7yr of Experience in using SQL for analysis and reporting including conditional formatting and joining multiple queries.

• 7yr of Experience testing reports, analytics, troubleshooting, problem solving, documenting and presenting complex data challenges to stakeholders

• 7yr of Experience working in social services or relating fields

• Bachelor's Degree
