Composer Routing Developer-Software Engineer
Need a composer routing/platform developer having good analytical and development skillset with flexibility to learn and adopt to anything new.
A Genesys Core and Voice developer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Genesys customer engagement solutions. Some specific responsibilities include:
1. Design and configuration of Genesys Core and Voice components, including IVR, call routing, and call recording.
2. Integration of Genesys Core and Voice solutions with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and databases.
3. Maintenance and troubleshooting of Genesys Core and Voice systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
4. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and customer support, to provide end-to-end customer engagement solutions.
5. Management of Genesys upgrades, patches, and security updates to keep the systems up-to-date and secure.
6. Development of custom scripts and applications to enhance the functionality of Genesys Core and Voice systems.
7. Provision of technical support and training to end-users and other technical teams.

As a Consultant for Genesys eService Solution, you will be responsible for providing expert consultation, implementation, and support services to clients utilizing Genesys eService solutions. You will play a crucial role in understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of Genesys eService technologies to optimize customer service operations.
Consultation:
Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives related to customer service operations.
Assess existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on leveraging Genesys eService solutions to enhance customer service capabilities.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design customized solutions using Genesys eService technologies.
Develop detailed solution architectures, including system integrations, workflows, and configurations, aligned with client requirements and best practices.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of proposed solutions to meet current and future business needs.
Implementation and Deployment:
Lead or support the implementation and deployment of Genesys eService solutions according to project timelines and deliverables.
Configure, customize, and optimize Genesys eService platforms to align with client specifications and desired outcomes.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
Training and Knowledge Transfer:
Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to client stakeholders and end-users on utilizing Genesys eService tools effectively.
Create documentation, manuals, and guides to support ongoing system usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Support and Maintenance:
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.

As a Consultant for Genesys Routing Solution, you will be responsible for providing expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing routing solutions using Genesys software. Your primary focus will be on understanding client requirements, configuring routing strategies, and ensuring efficient call handling across various communication channels. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to deliver customized routing solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis:
Engage with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to call routing, queue management, and resource optimization.
Translate client requirements into technical specifications and design solutions using Genesys routing software.
Solution Design and Configuration:
Develop routing strategies, skills-based routing rules, and queue configurations to optimize call flow and agent productivity.
Configure Genesys routing components such as Universal Routing Server (URS), Interaction Routing Designer (IRD), and Composer.
Implementation and Integration:
Lead the implementation of routing solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing telephony systems, CRM platforms, and other enterprise applications.
Collaborate with development teams to customize routing solutions and develop integration adapters if needed.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of routing configurations to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in routing behavior, providing timely resolutions.
Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:
Create comprehensive documentation including solution designs, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
