Expertise in leading Healthcare projects in the Health Rules configuration

Good experience in defining the overall technical architecture for enterprise and customer HealthRules platforms

A good understanding of the Healthcare domain

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to convey business requirements/configuration effectively

Should be able to synthesize complex information

Must be able to gather requirements from the customer and solution based on the provided requirements

Must have experience in at least two modules of Health Rules Payor (i.e., Benefits, Pricing, Claims)

Should be flexible in work roles and hours

Team player

Must be able to travel
