• ServiceNow CMDB Micro Certification or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ITILv4 Foundation Certification within 120 days after hire
Job Summary
We seek a Configuration Management (CfM) Analyst to work as a member of a Configuration Management team responsible for managing and maintaining the configuration management system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of configuration data, and supporting ongoing configuration management operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, update, and implement configuration items (CIs), control configuration baselines
Perform Operational activities as defined by CfM policies and procedures
Fulfill CfM service requests as assigned
Mentor the organization on CfM services, concepts, policies, and procedures
Oversee the design, coding, and testing of reports as needed
Collect and report on metrics as required
Perform CfM audits as directed
Identify service improvement opportunities
Mentor and help direct configuration management specialists
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2-7 years of experience as a Configuration Management Analyst
2 years of direct Configuration Management experience
Direct experience in Data Management; data manipulation based on different factors
Direct experience in Data Model(ing)
Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain.
ServiceNow CMDB Micro Certification or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ITILv4 Foundation Certification within 120 days after hire
