Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP in multiple implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects of which 5+ years in ABAP-HR
- Must have good experience in Workflow
- Good Experience in Payroll
- Good Experience in Time Management
- SAP ABAP HR consultant manages all design aspects of SAP HR module configuration and reporting including translating business requirements into functional designs, which includes configuring business objects, methods,
- containers, triggering events, strategies for role resolution, HR org structure, and info types.
- SAP ABAP HR consultant guides the team for detailed analysis; design, coding, and testing of programming/software within the stipulated time frame and to ensure that the software delivered is adhering to the quality preset.
- SAP ABAP HR consultant provides and facilitates training, empowerment, and operational support to the customers and team members to effectively utilize the S/4HANA / SuccessFactors systems in day-to-day operations.
- ABAP HR consultant undertakes testing the quality and performance of their development and starts queries using the information system
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to analyze & fix issues Investigate, diagnose, and resolve recorded Incidents assigned and implement effective workarounds to mitigate the effects of Incidents
- Provide resolution expertise in case of Major incidents
- Interact with teams in other domain areas e.g. development/interfaces teams, security, infrastructure, legacy support teams, etc. for cross-functional/team issues
- Contact SAP or other 3rd party vendors to resolve the issue Analyze, implement, and take overall responsibility for implementing normal/emergency changes required for Incident resolution• Responsible for functional testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT) in systems
- Coordinate with internal team, process teams, and business users
- Contribute to overall KM efforts
