We are looking forward to hire SAP SF Professionals in the following areas :
- 5+ years of relevant experience in SF Compensation & Variable Pay with a minimum 3-4 end-to-end implementations in Compensation and 1-2 end to end implementations in Variable
- Should have good integration knowledge with other modules like PMGM and EC
- Must have strong SuccessFactors Compensation knowledge.
- Independently handle large implementation projects with a focus on Compensation processes such as Compensation Worksheets, Budget allocation, Compensation Planning, Compensation statements etc. VLook up table knowledge in the mandatory
- Familiarity with system implementation standards and methodologies
- Ability to communicate and work well in a cross-functional team environment and also in the offshore/onsite model
- Experience in international environments with the co-existence of global accounting and local statutory needs.
- Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g. SAP capability, Standard industry best practices) in order to produce an optimal business solution
- Experience in SF other modules like EC or PMGM is pereferable
