This person will supports programming and communications efforts for EE teams. The ideal candidate will have a diverse portfolio of written material that underscores their ability to convey complicated or nuanced technical topics in simple but elegant prose for a variety of different audiences.

Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally internally and externally to develop and write impactful keynote presentations, talking points, narratives, articles and other written and spoken materials
This includes working with vendor agencies, conference organizers on tailored engagements
Research and package content from internal and external resources to develop insightful and engaging narratives that fit the authentic style of senior leadership
Proactively develop industry-leading content for delivery for events, blogs, podcasts and social media
Partner to help develop complementary visuals and videos to go along written pieces
Track and analyze engagement metrics across published materials and social channels
Draft, proofread and copy edit various internal posts and other written documents
Create case studies and written materials around deeply technical projects


Minimum Qualifications
Track record of developing speeches / executive communications for senior execs either with large technology companies or communications agencies
Excellent writing and editing abilities with an authentic style
Professional background in speechwriting, executive communications, journalism or PR
Ability to adapt key messaging to the executive style and voice of senior execs
Proven track record of advancing thought leadership within a relevant field or industry, and ability to consistently deliver deep, original thinking across multiple topics
Strong project management and decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively with exec team and other cross functional teams
Self-directed, proactive and energetic; comfortable working among a nimble team
Ability to think and communicate strategically across a variety of stakeholders
Deep understanding and passion for the tech industry is essential
Flexibility to take feedback and improve content over multiple rounds of review
