Job Description:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for CRM solutions.
Designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM solutions using various Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Page, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other relevant platforms.
Design and configure custom CRM solutions using Power Platform tools such as Power Page, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
Develop and maintain data models, entities, workflows, and business rules within the CRM system.
Integrate CRM solutions with other business applications and data sources as needed.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of CRM configurations.
Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM solutions using Power Page, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Power Platform tools.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts, data modeling, and business processes.
Experience with CRM integrations and data migration techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Problem-solving attitude with a keen attention to detail.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in Power Platform technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve CRM processes.
