We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect with extensive experience in eCommerce, retail application architecture, and integration development. The ideal candidate will evaluate business requirements and design customized, efficient solutions that align with our strategic objectives. Expertise in working with various CRM systems is essential.

Key Requirements

Architect and develop scalable B2B and B2C eCommerce platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide architectural direction for building secure and high-performance online stores.
Perform object-oriented analysis and Java/J2EE design to create effective solutions.
Translate business needs into actionable and well-structured system architecture designs.
Ensure all solutions adhere to security standards and deliver optimal performance for high availability.
Collaborate effectively with teams across Order Management, Mobile Development, Applications, Infrastructure, and Finance to ensure seamless system integration.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution.
Mentor development teams in creating internal and customer-facing sites, ensuring high standards in design, usability, and overall performance.
Utilize both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies, applying the most appropriate approach to ensure successful project delivery.
Oversee and manage tasks across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality outcomes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, coordinating with relevant teams to minimize project disruptions.

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in eCommerce application architecture and integration development.
Deep knowledge of B2B and B2C eCommerce platforms, with a demonstrated ability to design scalable and effective solutions.
Proficiency in object-oriented analysis, design, and Java/J2EE design patterns.
Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
Proven leadership skills in managing and coordinating teams, including collaboration with onshore and offshore resources.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of transforming complex business requirements into actionable system architectures.
Solid understanding of SEO best practices, UI/UX design, and usability principles.
Expertise in ensuring security and high availability in enterprise-level system architectures.
