About The Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and processing bets, operating wagering terminals, overseeing EBT machines, and handling cash transactions. This is NOT a food and beverage assignment.

What You Will Do

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take and process bets accurately and efficiently
Operate wagering terminals and 'standalone' EBT machines
Oversee cash handling procedures and reconciliation
Resolve customer inquiries and issues 
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Promote a safe and inclusive environment for customers and colleagues

What You Need To Have

Must be over the age of 18
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations
Proficiency in operating wagering terminals and EBT machines is an asset (desirable)
Knowledge of responsible gambling practices is (preferred)
Be available to work at least 3 of the available dates
