Understand the collector community/passion and provide best resolution for fan collectors; ability to de-escalate, take ownership and provide outstanding service with every interaction.
Ability to effectively manage multi support systems
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and processes.
Identify and accurately call out potential trends and consumer concerns.
Understanding knowledge of collector brands- Transformers, Star Wars, Marvel, etc.
SAP knowledge a plus.
Must Have Requirement:
Minimum of 3-years in a contact center environment preferred.
Bi-lingual/multi-lingual in French Canadian or Spanish.
