Designation: Client Care Executive - Arabic language
· Handling inbound calls Arabic & English-speaking customers
· Resolving the customer’s queries largely from Bahrain, Jordan and Qatar related to day-to-day banking queries and issues.

Proficient in Arabic language - Read, write, and speak. Colloquial Arabic accent or native speaking would be an advantage
Salary: 7 to 8 Lac CTC/ Annum
Shift timings - UAE shift.
Work Location – Bangalore RMZ ECO world.
The selected candidate will be on the rolls of PERSOLKELLY India for 1 year renewable contract.
