Description

In this role, you will:

Manage small scale customer projects and contribute into complex ones, throughout the project life cycle, including planning, schedules, resource allocation, scope, risk and change management.
 

  • Proactively identify, prioritize and drive the resolution of project and customer issues.
  • Plan, manage and test customer releases.
  • Provide first-line technical customer support, analyze and solve customer issues using customer and reference hardware.

Act as a technical interface between our customers and our internal departments to formulate their needs during the project phase.
 

  • Have a deep technical understanding of our products enabling you to autonomously address customer technical needs.
  • Enrich our online knowledge database with answers to functional and technical questions helping further customers to better use our products and internal team members to increase their knowledge.

What you will need to succeed:

  • College, Bachelor's or University degree
  • Understanding of software engineering processes with complex technical issues 
  • Significant experience in Engineer role
  • Experience in managing small-scale projects
  • Very good knowledge of C++, Kotlin and Java programming languages
  • Very good knowledge and experience with Android
  • Experience with online services
  • Experience with the automotive sector is a plus
  • Interest in next-generation multimedia 
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under minimal supervision. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Well-organized with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English
