(Roles and Responsibilities)CyberArk support experience for L2 Support  
Knowledge on CyberArk PAS (EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM), CyberArk EPM, CyberArk PTA, DR Drill activity  
Good to have knowledge on Pacli/PUU tool, DNA Tool, PAS Reporting, CyberArk Patching.  
Needs to understand the Joiner-Mover-Leaver Process  
Has worked on CyberArk support functions like Account onboarding, safe creation and troubleshooting expertise for Windows, Unix, SQL accounts/servers is required.  
Knowledge on issues related to CyberArk Implementation / Support.  
Should have knowledge on Active Directory, Azure SSO/MFA, Scripting Knowledge
