Years of Experience

•             3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in supporting HashiCorp's Vault and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Responsibilities include advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our solutions.

General Description

•             Provide advanced technical support for HashiCorp's Vault and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

•             Troubleshoot complex issues to ensure secure and efficient operation.

•             Administer and maintain instances, including installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.

•             Manage secrets and sensitive data, enforcing access policies and implementing encryption standards within Vault.

•             Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms customized to meet specific needs.

•             Ensure high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations for seamless operation.

•             Diagnose and resolve technical issues, optimizing performance and scalability.

•             Implement and manage PAM policies and role-based access control (RBAC) within Vault as needed.

•             Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver effective solutions.

•             Communicate technical concepts effectively and document procedures for knowledge sharing.

•             Assist in knowledge sharing and training of L1 support and clients on HashiCorp's platform.

•             Coordinate with L3 teams and resources for P1, P2, and P3 issues.

Technical Requirements

•             Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting HashiCorp's Vault secrets management tool, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

•             Experience managing secrets and sensitive data within Vault, enforcing access policies, and implementing encryption standards.

•             Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms supported by Vault and PAM solutions.

•             Familiarity with Vault's integration capabilities with cloud platforms, databases, and other third-party systems for seamless operations.

•             Experience implementing and maintaining high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations for Vault deployments.

•             Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Vault PAM solutions, including performance optimization, scalability, and data protection.

•             Proficiency in implementing and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged session management within Vault.

•             Proficiency in scripting languages for automating tasks and customizations related to Vault  and PAM operations.

•             Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for deploying Vault in containerized environments.

•             Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions for Vault to ensure visibility and proactive issue resolution.

•             Understanding of compliance requirements and best practices for secrets management, secure remote access, and privileged access control.

•             Ability to stay updated on the latest developments in Vault and PAM technologies and incorporate them into support processes.

Educational Qualifications

•             University degree in IT or/and IT Security
