Description

Job Summary: As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be an integral part of a team focused on Single Sign-On (SSO)/Federation and Multifactor Authentication, ensuring the security of our systems and data. You'll be working with cutting-edge IAM solutions like AuthO, OpenID Connect, SAML, PingID, Azure AD, and Okta.
What You'll Do:
Provide 2nd and 3rd level operational support for SSO, Federation, and Reverse Proxy infrastructure.
Focus on SAML and AuthO protocols for Ping Identity, Apache servers, and associated applications.
Ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction by promptly responding to requests, resolving incidents, and implementing changes.
Implement and follow ITIL, GxP, Request Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Document Management concepts.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, standards, and evolving security threats.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
4-6 years of experience in a major global organization, preferably in a regulated industry.
Proficiency in IAM concepts, protocols, and standards, with hands-on experience with IAM solutions like AuthO, OpenID Connect, SAML, PingID, Azure AD, and Okta.
Strong understanding of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory) and experience with user provisioning, synchronization, and management.
Knowledge of web technologies and protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, RESTful APIs).
Understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Angular) for integration purposes.
Awareness of security best practices, compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA), and authentication factors (biometrics, OTPs).
 Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry-accredited certification.
