DATA Analyst

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Perform data collection from various sources.
Use infographics and other methods to visualize data. Identify and interpret relevant data, trends, and patterns.
Provide business intelligence and comprehensive, data-supported solutions to the most significant issues in the Revenue Cycle in healthcare organizations towards advancing performance excellence.
Create presentations and reports based on findings and recommendations.
Work closely with clients, understand their strengths and opportunities, and provide data analytics to assist in the planning, deployment, and follow-up of operational strategies aimed at maximizing the organization’s resources and financial outcomes.
Create automated reports that leverage various data sources and create multi-hierarchical graphics/charts that explain healthcare and financial measures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data analytics, or equivalent.
2+ years of experience as an analyst in the healthcare Revenue Cycle industry. Sound knowledge of operations in the Revenue Cycle is a must.
2+ years of experience using relational databases and T-SQL.
Proven experience with PowerBI.
Multi-dimensional schema databases and MDX experience strongly preferred.
Experience using analytical tools and languages such as Python or R is a plus.
