Data Architect

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Data Delivery Lead with a minimum of 15 years of experience to lead our data delivery initiatives. As a Data Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of delivering data solutions to meet business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data delivery strategies, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful implementation of data solutions.

Responsibilities:

•              Lead and mentor a team of data delivery professionals, including data engineers, data analysts, and project managers.

•              Define data delivery strategies and roadmaps to support business objectives and requirements.

•              Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and prioritize delivery efforts.

•              Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

•              Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of data solutions.

•              Monitor and evaluate the performance of data delivery processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

•              Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data delivery process.

•              Serve as a subject matter expert on data delivery technologies, trends, and best practices.

•              Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.

•              Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the data delivery team.

Requirements:

•              Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

•              Minimum of 15 years of experience in data management, data engineering, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

•              Strong understanding of data delivery concepts, methodologies, and technologies.

•              Proven track record of successfully delivering complex data solutions on time and within budget.

•              Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

•              Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

•              Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

•              Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
