Data Center Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and evolve VMware environments and oversee the transition to AWS Cloud, with Azure for Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 capabilities.
Administer multiple SAN Arrays, focusing on Pure Storage and EMC SANs, connected to Cisco MDS 9148S fabric switches.
Oversee Windows Server OS infrastructure (2016 and above) and provide basic Linux OS support.
Utilize Cisco UCS for server compute within remote data centers, with occasional travel requirements.
Expertise in Active Directory, including DNS, DHCP, NTP, and related technologies.
Familiarity with Citrix environments, especially Xen Desktop and Citrix Cloud.
Monitor and manage IT systems using SolarWinds and DataDog, with an understanding of SNMP and WMI.
Experience with Veeam for backup solutions and knowledge of backup to cloud strategies.
Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell, and infrastructure-based scripting.
Lead security patching initiatives, including Windows OS, Linux (RHEL Satellite), and AWS AMIs.
Administer Office 365 for email and office suite collaboration.

Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems administration with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
Proficient with AWS Services (EC2, CloudWatch, System Manager, Lambda, S3, EFS).
Skilled in scripting (Bash, Python) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Knowledgeable in security protocols, compliance, and security assessments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
