Data Engineer

DATA ENGINEER Location: Remote Rate: $60 C2C We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer with over 8+ years of IT experience. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in data engineering, with expertise in Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Airflow, Python, and AWS. The candidate should also have a proven track record of working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data architecture. Implement and optimize data models using Snowflake and other relevant technologies. Ensure data integrity, quality, and security. Build and maintain ETL pipelines using tools such as dbt, SQL, and Python. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements. Optimize and troubleshoot data integration processes. Implement and manage data workflows using Airflow for scheduling and orchestration. Automate data processing tasks to improve efficiency and reliability Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within the specified timelines. Proficient in Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Airflow, Python. Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, etc.). Strong database management and optimization skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
