Job description :

The Senior Engr Consultant for Data Engineering, will be responsible for leading and managing data engineering projects, providing technical guidance and expertise to clients, and developing and implementing data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data engineering principles and best practices, as well as experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data engineering tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data engineering projects, from inception to completion
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients on data engineering best practices
• Develop and implement data engineering solutions that meet the needs of clients
• Work with clients to gather requirements and design data engineering solutions
• Develop and maintain data engineering pipelines
• Monitor and maintain data engineering infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve data engineering issues
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data engineering trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data engineering tools, such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Data Fusion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
