Responsibilities
Administer and configure the Collibra platform to meet the organization’s data governance needs
Develop and maintain data governance workflows and processes within Collibra
Create and manage Collibra assets, including data dictionaries, business glossaries, and data lineage
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Collibra-related issues
Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and other stakeholders to establish and enforce data governance policies and standards
Ensure alignment of data governance practices with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Define and implement data quality metrics and monitor compliance
Conduct regular audits of data governance practices and recommend improvements
Act as a liaison between IT, business units, and other stakeholders to promote data governance initiatives
Provide training and support to users on data governance best practices and the use of Collibra
Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive data governance awareness and adoption
Document data governance processes, policies, and procedures
Generate and distribute reports on data quality, compliance, and governance metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related role
Hands-on experience with Collibra Data Governance Center (Collibra DGC)
Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
