Key responsibilities and accountabilities
  • Manage and head the development (Data Engineering), production support teams.
  • Be the point person (Liaison) for QA team.
  • Have end to end responsibility of delivering data engineering project and own all the squads.
  • Optimizing and reinventing the goals for people, process and technology in the team.
  • Maintaining project timeframes, estimates and status reports.
  • Define, identify, and allocate project resources. 
  • Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
  • Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule using project management tools.
  • Track project performance and schedule adherence
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies and remove blockers.
  • Model for all the applications. Work on building a technology delivery COE.
  • Ensure the team inculcates the best practices.

  • Experience of managing multiple large technology delivery teams.
  • Strong experience in data engineering and analytics.
  • Ability to take business driven decisions and set goals aligning towards achieving our business objective.
  • Ability to look at a bigger picture and take decisions independently.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with functional as well as technical teams.
  • Experience of managing diverse technical and functional team, exposure of working with business area and end users.
  • Experience with SDLC processes.
  • Experience with JIRA/AGILE
  • PMP (Preferred)
  • Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification
  • Strong verbal communication and business relationship mindset and building teams.
