This role will support the following activities related to the conversion of data from multiple sources into one centralized system of record (SAP/Success Factors, Employee Central)
Manage data conversion activities, including data extraction (primarily from spreadsheets), transformation, and loading.
o Modify/update data collection spreadsheets/templates as required, to be populated by
agency resources.
o Support the development and execution of data cleansing activities to ensure data
accuracy and completeness.
o Convert/transform data from multiple data sources (primarily from
spreadsheets/templates) into relevant formats for data imports.
o Conduct data validation activities to ensure data integrity and completeness.
o Load data import files.
o Conduct post load data validation & error resolution activities
o Provide technical support to the team for data migration activities, including data
validation and error resolution.
