Responsibilities
The Data Modeler shall have the following knowledge and be responsible for the following tasks:
·       Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer/data science technical or related experience.
·       7+ years of hands-on relational, dimensional, and/or analytic experience (using RDBMS, dimensional, NoSQL data platform technologies, and ETL and data ingestion protocols).
·       Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms in multi-data-center contexts required.
·       Strong data modeling experience
·       Needs knowledge and experience with Snowflake
·       Experience with Azure Cloud
·       Experience with Tableau and Power BI
·       Huge bonus if they have experience with health care / insurance
·       Knowledge and hands-on experience with start schema
·       Good knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and related tools (Erwin or ER Studio or others) required.
·       Ability to work independently
·       Perform other duties relevant to project as assigned
