Shift Timing : EST Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM PST Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM (There will be no IST/GMT shift available for this role.)
Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Market Research Survey Data Processing Specialist with expertise in R and SQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of survey data processing and be proficient in various analytical techniques and tools. Experience with Tableau and SPSS is highly recommended.
Key Responsibilities
Process and analyse market research survey data using R, SQL.
Create and interpret Frequency Tables, Nets, and Descriptive Statistics (Mean, Median, Mode).
Perform Top 2 Box, Bottom 2 Box, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) analysis.
Apply weighting techniques to survey data.
Develop and analyse banners and perform statistical testing.
Conduct impact analysis, twinning, and norms writing.
Write core R scripts to clean data, recode variables, and create custom functions.
Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and manipulation.
Utilize Tableau and SPSS for data visualization and additional analysis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Market Research, or a related field.
Proven experience in market research survey data processing.
Proficiency in R scripting for data cleaning, variable recoding, and function writing.
Strong expertise in SQL for data queries and stored procedures.
Nice to have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
Familiarity with SPSS is highly recommended.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on impact analysis, twinning, and norms writing.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
