Data Scientist

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Python and Azure ML to lead and execute machine learning projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in implementing machine learning algorithms, including GBM, random forest, and others. You will work on advanced machine learning modeling such as propensity models, segmentation models, customer lifetime value, and collaborative filtering. Prior experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), topic modeling, and GenAI is preferred. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 
 

Develop and implement machine learning models (e.g., propensity, segmentation, customer lifetime value). 
 

Apply machine learning algorithms like GBM and random forest to solve business problems. 
 

Utilize NLP techniques for text analysis, including topic modeling. 
 

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. 
 

Leverage Azure ML for building, training, and deploying models. 
 

Work on GenAI initiatives and integrate advanced AI technologies where applicable. 
 

Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
 

Ensure timely delivery of high-priority projects with quick turnaround, often within a week. 
 

Required Skills: 
 

Expertise in Python and Azure Machine Learning. 
 

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., GBM, random forest). 
 

Experience in machine learning modeling: propensity models, segmentation models, customer lifetime value, collaborative filtering. 
 

Hands-on experience with NLP, topic modeling, and text analytics. 
 

GenAI experience is a plus. 
 

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently analyze and provide solutions. 
 

Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
 

Quick learner with the ability to comprehend and deliver in fast-paced environments
