Data Scientist

Responsibilities: • Ideate and develop innovative approaches to enhance LLM responses. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve the usability and creativity of language models. • Design and test algorithms leveraging computational and statistical techniques for text and image data. • Analyze complex data and present findings to drive problem-solving initiatives. • Clean and preprocess data for model development and implementation. Required Skills & Experience: • Ph.D. with 3+ years  (or MS with 4+ years of post-MS experience) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or an Analytics discipline. • 3+ years of work experience with expertise in NLP or Information Retrieval. • Proficiency in Python or another high-level programming language. • Experience developing statistical and machine learning models, preferably for environmental or agronomical applications. • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs). Desired Skills & Experience: • Experience working with agricultural or biological scientific data. • Ability to translate business problems into research initiatives. • Creativity in defining and executing exploratory projects.
