Job Description

DUTIES:Support Oracle EBS R12 Applications, Oracle databases, Fusion Middleware applications on Cloud@Customer environment including Oracle engineering systems. Install, configure, upgrade, patch, clone, and perform health checks. Monitor performance, system and SQL tuning, and optimization of the multi-node Oracle EBS 12 Application on 12c/19c Databases. Implement and execute robust backup and recovery solutions. Perform database tuning, monitoring, reporting, database defragment and overall performance tuning. Implement and enforce standards, policies and Oracle best practices. Provide root-cause analysis and resolution of complex problems in support of production environments, including on-call support on a rotating basis. Support and work with variety of different Applications like E-Business Suite (R12), Fusion Middleware, Application Server, OBIEE, ODI, Hyperion-EPM, SOA, WebLogic, EDI, PVCS, FlexDeploy, Appworx, and OAM-OID. Manage Service request (SR) support with Oracle.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems or closely related IT field. Five years of progressive experience in the offered role. Advanced working knowledge of: Oracle Applications R11.5.x/R12.x/R12.2.x; Weblogic11g/12c; Hyperion 11g; DRM/FDMEE Applications; OBIA 11g; OBIEE 12c/ODI; Oracle Imaging 11g (IPM/WCI); Oracle Content 12c (WCC); Oracle Capture 12c (WEC); Oracle Primavera; DMZ; Oracle HTTP Server 11g/12c (OHS); Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway; Oracle Single Sign On with Oracle Identity Manager/Oracle Access Manager (OAM); Linux; Oracle Cloud@Customer; OEM 10g/11g/12c/13c; Data Export/Import; Recovery Manager (RMAN); Client-PPM/Kintana; Flex Deploy Migration tools; Service-Now; BMC Remedy; PVCS; STAT; SQL Developer.
