Database Administrator

Create, Maintain and optimize the databases, stored procedures, and ETL processes. Modify existing databases and database management system and or direct programmers and analysts to make changes. Plan and maintain database user access, privileges for data security also monitor database activity and system changes. Work as part of the project team to coordinate databases development and determine project scope and limitations. Approve, schedule, Plan, and supervise the installation and testing of new products and improvements to computer systems, such as an installation of new databases. Demonstrate Exceptional SQL programming Skills to Perform data troubleshooting and data analysis, deliver automation solutions using VBA, C#, Python and SQL Scripting. Write and code logical and physical databases descriptions and specify identifiers of database to the management system and or direct others in the coding description. Develop logical and physical data modeling and database design using Erwin. Develop Python code to automate companywide Smartsheet’s daily backup. Develop C# code to automate Smartsheet integration process from the database to Smartsheet. Responsible for Developing, Maintaining and deploying reports in Power BI and SSRS. Interact with report owners to establish/Clarify their requirements and develop report specifications. Install Software upgrades, manage hardware upgrades and maintain computer servers Work with all levels of development from analysis through implementation and support. Resolve end-user reporting problems through collaboration with IT and operations. Evaluate new tools and technologies, analyze user needs and present findings to management. Documenting new and existing processes as well as updating existing documentation when changes are necessary.
