Responsibilities

Assists with recreating problems and testing of remediation and workaround procedures to facilitate future problem resolutions 
Conduct root cause analyses on low to highly complex systems to identify actions for prevention of reoccurring problems and incidents 
Engage third-party vendor support services to meet business recovery SLAs 
Maintain records of actions taken to communicate problem resolution status and to comply with established procedures
Receives and completes support requests to ensure problem resolution occurs within established guidelines
API Connect System infrastructure monitoring
Responds to support requests and provides information to enable resolution and to escalate unresolved cases within established procedures.
