Position Summary

Developer Sales Performance & Finance authors DataStage jobs and sequence them while documenting those processes through readable annotations and proper conventions responsible for advising current SMEs on how to go forward on challenges in transforming current mainframe applications (data transformation, dependencies, and routine handling) creates design documents SRS will be responsible for handling the deployment of the applications utilizing the Banks deployment teams and ensure that all issues are resolved and certified in a timely manner supports applications that have been deployed.

Required Skills

7+ years of extensive experience working in DataStage who has actually implemented those DataStage processes in production
Has experience transforming legacy mainframe jobs using DataStage
Ability to read JCLs and COBOL programs
Skillful in scheduling and handling exceptions of jobs running Autosys (that is running DataStage processes)
Strong understanding of Git version control, ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
Very good communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity interfacing DataStage processes using 3rd party java utilities, web services, and Rest APIs
